Job summary

Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance tech. You will lead initiatives from concept to launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful user experiences.

The ideal candidate translates complex business challenges into actionable strategies and builds scalable solutions for veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Product to define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions that balance customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution.
• Support product testing, QA activities, and post‑launch analysis to ensure product quality and performance.
