Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Product to define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions that balance customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution.
• Support product testing, quality assurance activities, and post‑launch analysis to ensure product quality and performance.
