Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintech, or related digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer, operational, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launch.
