Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or InsurTech.
- Proven track record launching and enhancing commercial products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas from discovery through launch.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and docs.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact.
- Monitor product performance with data analytics and adjust strategy.
- Support go-to-market activities, training, and release communications.
