Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps for assigned product areas from discovery through launch, balancing objectives and constraints.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with cross‑functional input and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Monitor quality and performance, and conduct post‑launch analysis to inform improvements.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, documentation, and internal enablement resources.
