Clarus Technology seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance technology, delivering customer‑centric solutions from concept through launch. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, translates complex business challenges into actionable product strategies, and builds scalable solutions

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or insurance tech platforms.
• Experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! in product development.
• Strong analytics with data-driven decision-making and collaboration with software engineers.

Mansioni

• Define and own product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launches.
• Support product testing, QA activities and post-launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in Go-to-Market activities: documentation, training materials and release communications.
• Analyze metrics to measure product performance and guide improvements.
