Job summary

Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape pet insurance tech, leading initiatives from concept to launch and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer‑centric solutions. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, driving scalable improvements for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations to maximize product value.
Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to inform product decisions.
Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions based on priorities and constraints.
Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution.
Support product testing, QA activities, and post‑launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, release communications, and internal enablement resources.
