Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive technical product management roles.
• Experience influencing highly matrixed teams.
• Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific digital product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• Owns the identification and management of specific features or components within a digital product.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements and/or specifications.
• Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Drives technical product initiatives from ideation through prototyping, validation, pilot execution, and scaled rollout.
• Ensures delivery excellence by aligning execution with agile best practices and release timelines.
• Drives the execution and delivery of a digital product, platform, or key product area from discovery to optimization.
