Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee large IT programs, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure delivery, benefits realization, financial stewardship, governance, and executive alignment.

The role includes mentoring PMs, driving PMO improvements, managing vendor relationships and contracts, and guiding cross‑functional delivery across product, engineering, data, security, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading complex IT programs/projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale initiatives (ERP/CRM transformations, cloud migrations, data platforms, enterprise security, M&A integrations).
• Demonstrated leadership of matrixed teams and third parties across multiple business units and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee requirements gathering and prioritization, MVP definition, and incremental value delivery; ensure readiness for change.
• Oversee testing strategy, release governance, cutover orchestration, and production stabilization.
• Own program/project portfolio strategy, scope, roadmap, and value realization aligned to business OKRs.
• Direct contract and vendor management: RFPs, SOWs, SLAs, negotiation, performance management.
