Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee a set of related projects within a program, coordinating cross-discipline technology teams to meet milestones and budgets.

You will apply Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices, drive governance, and report ROI while partnering with stakeholders and leadership to deliver strategic initiatives for Disney’s guest experiences across parks, resorts, and cruise lines.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise systems.
Knowledge of cloud, APIs, services, databases, and SDLC.
Strong influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
Mentoring teams in project management practices.
Ability to understand architectural/technical aspects.
Experience managing large project budgets.
Proficient with MS Office, Keynote, Smartsheet, Jira, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of technical projects across multiple teams and budgets.
Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and processes for large programs.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and leadership to align scope and milestones.
Develop governance and senior oversight for the program.
Manage expenditures and ROI reporting.
