Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Orlando seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to identify, plan, and coordinate related projects within a program. You will lead project schedules, scope, quality, cost and risks, partnering with Product, Design, Tech, and vendors.

The role reports to Manager, Technical Project Management and supports the Commerce portfolio. You’ll own Jira and Confluence governance and drive roadmap planning with Advanced Roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, databases and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Experience coaching teams in PM practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Experience with AI technologies and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle.
• Establishes processes across program areas to ensure success of prioritized projects.
• Defines and manages Agile ceremonies and processes for large teams.
• Maintains monthly forecasts, resource allocations, vendor schedules, and partner forecasts.
• Leads regular status meetings and builds program reports for sponsors and partners.
• Acts as primary liaison among Product, Design, Tech, vendors and delivery teams.
• Coordinates cross-functional dependencies and RAID to keep milestones on track.
• Ensures proper project closure, lessons learned, and hand-offs to production operations.
