You will lead schedules, scope, quality, cost, and performance risks, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and business partners.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, governance, and procurement, while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5+ years of technical project/program management.
Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drives execution of technical projects through full delivery life cycle on time and on budget.
Collaborates with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to establish processes for success.
Defines and optimizes Agile ceremonies and governance across large project teams; manages procurement.
Develops a program plan comprising parallel projects and multiple project managers.
Monitors and adjusts program plans to meet business goals amid changes.
Provides senior-level oversight and governance for the program.
Manages program expenditures and ROI; develops required infrastructure.
