Coralogix is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to drive the onboarding journey for customers, from initial integrations to artifact creation and hands-on trainings. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, map customer goals to platform usage, and build adoption strategies across engineering and executive levels.

This hybrid role is based in Dallas at Spaces, Plano, TX, and requires strong technical background with customer-facing experience to bridge platform capabilities

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process from integrations to artifacts and trainings.
Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ technical challenges using Coralogix platform.
Translate customer requirements and goals into artifacts that drive adoption and value.
Represent customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
Build tailored success plans for each customer based on data analysis and needs.
Engage with technical stakeholders to foster product adoption and alignment.
