Job summary

Salesforce in Miami seeks a Technical Migration Senior Lead who independently directs complex customer migrations from kickoff to go‑live, serving as the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod. You will bridge a customer’s legacy environment with their future‑state platform while building trust with stakeholders.

You’ll partner with account teams, coordinate with GDC engineers, and drive end‑to‑end delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale platform migrations.
• Deep hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into business language and guide data transformations.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud) or specialized clouds.
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping or task automation.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements—owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with customers' broader business strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate migration challenges into actionable decisions.
• Develop and execute delivery plans with high-impact milestones and timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation to accelerate data mapping and code conversion.
• Collaborate with GDC partners, delegating tasks while maintaining output quality.
• Coordinate with Outbound Product Managers to stay current on product roadmaps.
• Identify underutilized platform capabilities and integrate them into roadmaps to boost adoption.
• Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Guide AI agents in data retrieval, migration health reporting, and automation.
• Act as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents and coordinate with Engineering and Product.
• Monitor technical trends and provide release recommendations for performance and stability.
