Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Migration Senior Lead in the United States to guide complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live. You will be the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod, bridging legacy environments with future-state platforms.

You will partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership, build trust with stakeholders, and ensure engagements deliver measurable value. This role emphasizes AI literacy, data mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting focused on large-scale platform migrations.
• Deep hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to drive business value and facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate complex architectures into business-friendly language and guide data transformations.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds.
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools in data mapping and migration tasks.
• Understanding of target cloud platform integrations with telephony, data sources, and self-service portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration engagements including technical delivery and go-live outcomes.
• Align migration goals with customers' business strategy and renewal plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate complex challenges into actions.
• Develop delivery plans with milestone focus and pod-level timelines.
• Coordinate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation to accelerate mapping and discovery.
• Collaborate with GDC partners and ensure output quality.
• Stay aligned with product roadmaps and translate field insights into product improvements.
• Identify underutilized platform capabilities to boost throughput and adoption.
• Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau; guide AI-assisted tasks during incidents.
