This role bridges CRM with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI‑assisted tooling and automated playbooks to accelerate timelines while providing feedback to Product and Engineering on field needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services, customer success, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into business language and drive value.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end migration engagements and ensure successful go‑live outcomes.
• Coordinate with account teams and sales to align migration goals with business strategy.
