Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Migration Senior Lead in the US to spearhead complex customer migration engagements from kickoff to go-live. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod, coordinating with GDC partners and product teams while delivering measurable value.

You will work across Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, and Tableau domains, guiding business-focused decisions and driving AI-enabled data mapping and automation to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, focused on large-scale platform migrations.
• Deep, hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models (GDC) to accelerate delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud) or specialized clouds.
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools applied to data mapping or task automation.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements—owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, translating migration challenges into actionable decisions.
• Develop and execute focused delivery plans with milestone-driven timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate data mapping and discovery.
• Collaborate with GDC partners while maintaining output quality accountability.
• Stay current on product roadmaps and translate field insights into product improvements.
• Identify underutilized platform capabilities and integrate them into roadmaps to increase adoption.
• Serve as SME in Marketing Cloud, Data360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Apply AI literacy to guide AI agents in data retrieval and release optimization.
• Coordinate during major migration incidents to protect customer operations.
