Typically reporting to a Director or above, the position requires strong instructional design expertise, program management, and the ability to collaborate across business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, or a related field.
• Eight years of instructional design, development and training experience, preferably in insurance.
• Experience designing technical training solutions and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation, enhancement and maintenance of learning courses and materials.
• Conduct needs analyses with business leaders to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Design and develop curricula, certification processes and blended learning programs.
• Lead project plans and ensure alignment with quality and compliance reviews.
