Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of engineering/technical leadership on large, complex projects across multiple BUs/geographies.
- Experience with power systems equipment (AIS, GIS) and substation gear.
Responsibilities
- Owns and validates the technical scope for projects.
- Monitors and manages execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identifies and resolves critical technical issues, risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensures design changes are captured via the change control process.
- Leads technical initiatives and supports cross-functional teams across BUs/geographies.
