Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Technical Lead to join the North America Power Systems Execution team in the United States. The role leads technical interface across customers, project teams, engineering groups, manufacturing facilities, and multiple Schneider Electric units throughout the project lifecycle.

You will own the development and implementation of the overall technical solution during execution and support sales and tendering activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in power systems engineering or technical leadership roles.
Experience leading large, multi-unit projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience with E-House solutions, substations, and power distribution infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through design, execution, testing, and commissioning of E-House and integrated electrical projects.
Own the overall technical solution and ensure execution aligns with scope, schedule and contract obligations.
Validate scope, interfaces, requirements, and deliverables; manage technical risks and deviations.
Provide oversight for layouts, distribution, protection, control, switchgear, and automation systems.
Serve as primary technical interface to customers; coordinate with PMs, sales, and engineering groups.
Support sales and tendering with technical evaluations, scope definitions, and proposal inputs.
