Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Technical Lead to drive the technical solution during execution for NAM Power Systems projects. The role is based in one of Schneider Electric’s design hubs (Boston, Nashville, Dallas or Raleigh) and collaborates across BUs.

You’ll validate technical scope with the Project Manager, monitor progress within scope, schedule, and budget, and manage risks with proactive actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering/technical leadership on large, multi‑BU projects.
• Experience with AIS, GIS, substation equipment and power systems.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office apps (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the technical scope at a systems level across the SE offer.
• Serve as the main technical conduit between customer and internal teams.
• Supervise activities per contract and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Lead technical initiatives such as value engineering and change control.
• Coordinate technical efforts across multiple BUs and geographies.
