Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Technical Lead to join the North America Power Systems Execution team. This role leads technical delivery across medium and large-scale E-House and integrated power system projects, interfacing with customers, project teams, and multiple Schneider Electric units throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include ownership of the technical solution, design reviews, risk management, and supporting sales/tendering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering or technical leadership.
• Experience with E-House solutions, substations, and MV/LV equipment.
• Experience leading large, multi-unit projects.
• Experience supporting project execution from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, execution, testing and commissioning of E-House projects.
• Own the technical solution across all project phases.
• Validate scope, interfaces, assumptions and deliverables.
• Monitor technical execution for scope, schedule, budget and standards.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
