Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a dynamic Technical Lead to join our NAM Power Systems Execution Team. Based in one of Schneider Electric’s design hubs (e.g., Dallas, TX), you will lead the technical solution during execution across the SE portfolio.

You will support Sales, Solution Architects, Proposals, and Tendering during the sales phase, ensuring systems-level technical excellence and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Engineering / Technical Leadership on large, complex projects spanning multiple BUs.
• Experience with power systems equipment including AIS and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scope across the SE portfolio and projects.
• Act as conduit between the customer and internal teams on systems topics.
• Oversee design changes and ensure quality of the deliverables.
• Support coordination between multiple BUs and geographies.
• Identify risks and determine corrective actions.
