Job summary

Schneider Electric in the NAM Power Systems Execution Team seeks a Technical Lead to guide technical solutions during project execution. You will coordinate across multiple BUs and geographies, ensuring design integrity, schedule adherence, and budget alignment while supporting sales and tendering in the early phase.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 7+ years of leadership on large projects, and deep experience with electrical system design and LV/MV products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering/technical leadership in large, complex projects.
• Experience with electrical system design for LV and MV products.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical scope across the project execution phase.
• Serve as the conduit between customer and internal technical teams for systems topics.
• Monitor activities to contract, standards, and budget.
• Maintain quality of technical deliverables.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
