Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States seeks a Technical Lead to guide the technical execution across projects within the NAM Power Systems team. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will own validation of the technical scope and oversee end-to-end delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects and Tendering, lead initiatives such as value engineering, and ensure design changes pass through formal change control while maintaining schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering/technical leadership on large projects spanning multiple BUs and geographies.
• Experience with power systems equipment AIS/GIS and substation gear.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical scope at a systems level across the SE offer.
• Serve as conduit between customer and internal teams for systems level topics.
• Supervise activities in accordance with contract, statutory requirements, and standards; ensure quality of deliverables.
• Lead technical initiatives, such as value engineering.
• Coordinate technical teams across BUs and geographies and ensure changes pass through change control.
