Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of experience managing and leading development teams.
• Proven experience as a hands-on technical contributor in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, Java, and/or C++ with ability to guide framework selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Guide architecture, solution design, coding standards, development practices, and delivery discipline.
• Perform hands-on development on high-priority, high-complexity solutions and conduct design/code reviews.
• Set goals, provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure delivery commitments, technical quality, documentation, and timely maintenance of tasks and estimates in tools like ClickUp.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst to clarify requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish engineering practices, including peer reviews, design reviews, and release readiness.
• Mentor developers in solution design, estimation, and professional growth.
