Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in people management and development leadership
• Hands-on experience with architecture, solution design, coding standards, and delivery discipline
• Strong collaboration with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical plans
• Proven ability to coach teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
• Guide architecture, solution design, coding standards, development practices, and delivery discipline
• Perform hands-on development on high-priority, complex solutions and review code
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure documentation, QA/QC, and release readiness across projects
• Partner with Business Analyst to clarify requirements and priorities
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
• Mentor developers in solution design, estimation, and professional growth
• Establish and champion engineering practices like peer reviews and testing standards
• Ensure adherence to SDLC controls and industry regulations
