Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading development teams.
• Proven record as both a people manager and hands-on senior technical contributor.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team with a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Guide architecture, solution design, coding standards and delivery discipline.
• Contribute hands-on with high-priority, complex solutions and code reviews.
• Set goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC controls, QA/QC, and documentation standards.
• Mentor engineers in solution design, estimation and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Promote consistent engineering practices and robust testing and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards and engineering processes.
