Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years leading development teams.
• Proven track record as both people manager and hands-on senior technical contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Guide architecture, solution design, coding standards, and delivery discipline.
• Spend ~60% on hands-on development and ~40% on leadership, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Set goals, provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely, within-budget delivery with appropriate documentation and QA/QC practices.
• Mentor engineers in solution design, estimation, and teamwork.
