Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
• Guide architecture, solution design, coding standards, and delivery discipline
• Perform hands-on development on high-priority solutions including design and debugging
• Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to clarify requirements and prioritize initiatives
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Advocate for documentation, QA/QC controls, and engineering best practices
• Mentor developers in solution design and problem solving
