Job summary

Lumen is building AI-ready connectivity and is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale our technical knowledge ecosystem for the technical sales organization.

You will translate field insights and product expertise into scalable learning resources, collaborate with Product, Operations, and Enablement, and lead initiatives to improve content accessibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and scales the technical knowledge ecosystem to improve seller readiness and revenue.
• Develops, manages, and curates knowledge assets used by the technical sales team.
• Coordinates live webinars and ensures accuracy of training materials.
• Oversees internal peer-to-peer technical forums and new-hire training.
• Translates technical insights into reusable learning resources and best practices.
