Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own the technical knowledge ecosystem, converting field experience and product expertise into scalable learning assets. You will enable consistent customer engagement across the technical sales organization and curate training resources for sellers.

You will lead content updates, partner with Product and Enablement teams, and drive initiatives to improve seller readiness and revenue impact through reusable knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge management: curate and maintain the technical knowledge library for quality and consistency across materials.
• Establish governance for content creation, review, publication, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure training content is accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with objectives.
• Publish technical updates to the technical seller community.
• Support onboarding, certification, and continuous learning for technical sales professionals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into learning materials.
• Measure knowledge utilization and impact to improve readiness and effectiveness.
