Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge management and content strategy for the technical sales organization.
• Curate and maintain the technical knowledge library driving content quality and consistency.
• Coordinate live webinars for the technical seller and publish technical updates.
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and contribute to new hire training.
• Partner with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve knowledge accessibility and impact.
