Lumen Technologies is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own the technical knowledge ecosystem, turning field insights and product expertise into scalable learning resources for the technical sales organization.

You will curate content, run live webinars, oversee internal peer forums, and collaborate with Product, Operations Enablement, and SMEs to improve seller readiness and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsabilités

• Curate and maintain the technical knowledge library to ensure content quality and consistency across playbooks and references.
• Establish standards and governance for content creation, review, publication, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure technical information remains accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide lifecycle support of technology education content to train the technical seller and maintain proficiency on Lumen products.
• Regularly author and publish technical product and solution updates to the technical seller community.
• Collab orate with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve knowledge accessibility, usability, and business impact.
• Support organizational initiatives that enhance seller effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Support the development and adoption of modern knowledge management platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Measure and report on knowledge utilization and effectiveness metrics.
