Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem for the technical sales organization. You will convert field experience into reusable learning assets, coordinate webinars, ensure training accuracy, and publish technical updates to empower sellers.

You will partner with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with strategic priorities, driving readiness and revenue impact across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical knowledge ecosystem, converting field experience and product expertise into scalable capabilities for sellers.
• Develops, manages, and scales technical knowledge assets to enable consistent customer engagement.
• Coordinate and facilitate live webinars for the technical seller and publish updates to the seller community.
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and contribute to new hire training.
