Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day execution of the engineering teams building EY’s Agentic AI platform. You will own delivery cadence, run Scrum ceremonies, and ensure work flows and commitments are met with credibility.

The role requires deep technical understanding of Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering. You will challenge estimates, manage dependencies, and ship capable software on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in technical delivery, engineering project or program management.
• Hands-on background as a software/platform engineer or equivalent depth.
• Ability to evaluate estimates, decompose work, and challenge risk with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence across engineering teams, run stand-ups and ceremonies.
• Track in‑flight work and surface slippage as it happens; unblock blockers.
• Ensure explicit definitions of done and dated commitments are met.
• Interrogate estimates and challenge padding with technical judgement.
• Translate architecture intent into properly sized, independently deliverable stories.
• Own sprint and release planning across phased platform builds.
• Manage cross‑discipline dependencies and delivery risk; report status with evidence.
