Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager in Fort Worth to lead the technical health, adoption and governance for strategic accounts. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Security to translate complex technology performance into measurable business value.

You will drive secure adoption, coordinate incident responses, and shape risk-aware strategy across cloud, cybersecurity and data protection domains for top-tier clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in customer success management, technical account management, or architecture roles.
• At least 5 years in a senior customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in two of cloud security, security operations, IAM, data protection, infrastructure or application security.

Responsibilities

• Own account technical health and protection across portfolio.
• Define health indicators, thresholds and action plans; lead executive reviews.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with governance and delivery teams.
• Lead technical coordination for incidents and escalations.
• Build outcome-based success plans with CSMs and guide onboarding and integration.
• Identify adoption gaps and opportunities to protect or grow the account.
• Translate technical risk into business implications for senior leaders.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate across Customer Success, architecture, engineering and product.
