Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Technical Customer Success Manager to own the technical health of strategic accounts and drive secure adoption across cloud, cybersecurity and risk domains. You will coordinate with global teams to translate technical performance into business value and protect revenue.

You will lead architecture reviews, governance discussions and incident response, while mentoring colleagues and strengthening collaboration across product, engineering, security and risk.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, business tech or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer success management, technical account management or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a customer-facing technical role in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in two of cloud security, security operations, IAM, data protection, infrastructure or app security, resilience, enterprise integrations or risk.
• Experience developing technical success plans, health assessments, architecture recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
• Ability to communicate technical risk to senior leaders and coordinate outcomes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level technical health and protection across adoption, utilization, performance and risk.
• Lead technical health reviews with executive reporting on impact, owners and actions.
• Identify risks affecting trust and revenue and coordinate mitigation.
• Lead incidents with impact assessment, recovery planning, and post-incident follow-through.
• Partner with CSMs to build outcome-based success plans and adoption milestones.
• Guide onboarding, implementation and integration for priority capabilities; remove blockers.
