Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the senior technical advisor for strategic accounts. You will own the technical success plan, coordinate action across the customer lifecycle, and partner with Customer Success Managers, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to drive measurable value and secure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 8–12 years in customer success, technical account management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting global enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud security, identity and access management, data protection or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Own account technical health and protection across adoption, service performance and security posture.
• Define health indicators and executive-level reporting with clear owners and actions.
• Identify and mitigate technology, security, privacy, resilience risks impacting client trust.
• Lead significant incident coordination, recovery planning and post-incident follow-through.
• Partner with CSMs to build outcome-based success plans and accelerate value realization.
• Guide onboarding, integration, and configuration of priority capabilities for time-to-value.
• Communicate measurable outcomes to support renewal and expansion strategies.
• Build credibility with senior account leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance discussions and protection planning across orgs.
• Advise on cloud, cybersecurity, identity, data protection and resilience risks.
