Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager to lead technical health, risk management and secure adoption for strategic accounts. You will work with global teams to translate technology performance into measurable business outcomes.

You will own health reviews, establish governance, and guide customers through cloud, cybersecurity and data protection strategies. This role requires strong executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership across EY's global

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in customer-facing or senior technical roles for complex enterprise environments.
Experience across cloud, security and risk domains and ability to translate technical risk to business impact.
Experience developing technical success plans, health assessments and executive technology assessments.

Responsibilities

Own account technical health and protection across adoption, service performance and security posture.
Define health indicators, reviews, and executive reporting with owners and next actions.
Identify and mitigate technology, security and governance risks affecting client trust and revenue.
Lead technical coordination for incidents, with recovery planning and post-incident follow-through.
Partner with CSMs to build outcome-based success plans and value realization.
Guide onboarding, integration, configuration and time-to-value improvements.
Communicate measurable outcomes to support renewal and growth strategies.
