Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a senior technical advisor for strategic accounts. You will own the technical health plan, coordinate across customer lifecycle, and drive secure adoption with measurable business value.

You will collaborate with CSMs, product, and engineering teams to ensure risk mitigation, executive reporting and renewal support, while guiding architecture reviews and governance discussions across global accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
8–12 years of progressive experience in customer success, technical account management, or enterprise architecture.
Experience in two or more areas: cloud security, IAM, data protection, resilience, or technology risk.

Responsibilities

Own account technical health across adoption, service performance, incidents, security posture and risks.
Define health indicators, thresholds and action plans; lead health reviews and executive reporting.
Guide onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration and optimization for priority capabilities.
