EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a senior technical advisor for strategic accounts, combining customer success, architecture, cloud, cybersecurity and risk expertise to improve technical health and translate technology performance into measurable business value.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in customer success, technical account or architecture roles.
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles supporting complex enterprise or global environments.
- Experience in two or more: cloud security, identity, data protection, resilience or risk.
Responsabilidades
- Own account technical health across adoption, service performance and security posture.
- Define health indicators, lead reviews and provide executive reporting on impact and actions.
- Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with governance and delivery teams.
- Lead technical coordination for incidents, including recovery planning and post-incident follow-up.
- Partner with success managers to build outcome-based plans linking priorities to value.
