Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to act as the senior technical advisor for strategic accounts. The role combines customer success with architecture, cloud, cybersecurity and risk expertise to deliver measurable business value.

The TCSM will own technical success plans, coordinate across the customer lifecycle and work with global teams to protect trust, drive secure adoption and influence renewal and growth for high-impact accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 8–12 years in customer success management or technical account management
• At least five years in a customer-facing technical role
• Experience in cloud security, security operations, IAM, data protection, or related areas

Responsibilities

• Own account technical health across adoption, service performance, incidents, security posture and risks
• Lead technical health reviews and provide executive reporting on business impact and actions
• Coordinate mitigation with governance and delivery teams across the customer lifecycle
• Lead significant incident coordination, impact assessment and post-incident follow-through
• Partner with CSOs to build outcome-based success plans and drive value realization
• Guide onboarding, integration, configuration and operational readiness for priority capabilities
