Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to act as the senior technical advisor for strategic accounts. You will fuse customer success, architecture, cloud security and risk expertise to improve technical health and translate performance into business value.

You will own the technical success plan, coordinate actions across lifecycle, and collaborate with CSMs, product, engineering, security and risk teams to protect revenue and drive secure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 8–12 years in customer success, technical account management or related roles.
• Experience in two or more areas: cloud security, IAM, data protection, resilience or risk.

Responsibilities

• Own account technical health, reviews and executive reporting.
• Lead incidents, investigations and recovery planning with governance teams.
• Build outcome-based success plans with customer priorities and milestones.
• Guide onboarding, integration, and optimization for priority capabilities.
• Communicate measurable outcomes and support renewal/expansion.
