Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to serve as the senior technical advisor for strategic accounts, combining customer success, architecture, cloud, cybersecurity and risk expertise to improve technical health and translate performance into business value.

In partnership with CSMs and client teams, you will own the technical health plan, drive secure adoption, coordinate incident response, and guide architecture reviews across global accounts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, business technology or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer success, technical management, architecture, or security consulting.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise or global accounts.
• Experience in cloud security, security operations, IAM, data protection or related fields.
• Ability to communicate technical risk to senior leaders and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own account technical health including adoption, service performance, incidents and security posture.
• Lead technical health reviews and provide executive reporting on business impact and owners.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with governance and delivery teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance discussions and protection planning.
• Drive secure adoption and measurable value with outcome-based success plans.
