EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead strategic cyber solution development, support priority account growth, and enable successful delivery of cybersecurity services across client engagements. You will partner with account leadership, architects, and global practices to craft differentiated solutions and pursue impactful opportunities.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.
Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives and risk priorities.
Design innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud
Lead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices and emerging capabilities into client solutions.
Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, implementation roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
