Job summary

ECI is the leading global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid-market financial services organizations. The CTM/CTP leads a hands-on team to deliver IT managed services and modernize client infrastructure across a portfolio of accounts.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the NY office and 2 remote, requiring cloud experience and a strong focus on customer success and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Recent Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure public cloud.
• Experience in data/infrastructure migrations, relocations, major system upgrades, and new site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor in meetings with executives.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer goals, challenges, and infrastructure; mitigate risk.
• Provide feedback to ECI on new needs and continuous improvements to the platform.
• Assist with client-facing budget forecasting and cost analysis documents.
• Engage with client security/compliance teams to provide security recommendations.
• Enable clients using latest trends in Information Security and Cloud Services (IaaS/SaaS).
• Drive customer satisfaction through case evaluation and recurring engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver project implementations, migrations, and upgrades (mail, cloud sites, new offices).
• Hands-on support of client configurations per in-house standards.
