Cadence seeks a senior design/verification engineer to join the HSV Engagement/Support Team in California. You will collaborate with customers, field AE teams and R&D to provide technical support for Palladium, Protium and Virtual Protocol products, addressing complex hardware and software challenges.

Requires MS-EE/CE with 8+ years in design/verification of digital designs or related support roles; strong HDL (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL); Unix/Linux scripting; UVM is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• MS-EE/CE with 8+ years in design and/or verification.
• Strong HDL (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL) skills.
• Experience with emulation tools (Palladium/Protium) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Work with customers on performance tuning.
• Refine advanced compiler features with R&D teams.
• Train customers in deploying advanced compiler features.
• Handle issues reported by field AEs and customers.
• Debug customer reported failures and log issues with HSV R&D.
