Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a US-based post-sales Technical Customer Success Specialist to help clients implement HP software with emphasis on DEX and endpoint security. You will work on Windows endpoints, Azure, and Intune, ensuring proper integration and value realization for customers.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise IT, strong customer-facing skills, and frequent collaboration with product and engineering teams. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years developing, implementing, managing, and sustaining Enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with Windows endpoint OS and endpoint management tools.
• Service delivery involving endpoint solutions and customer success.
• Proven ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Experience with deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s post-sales HP Digital Solutions expert.
• Assist customers in implementing and integrating HP software solutions.
• Ensure HP products integrate with customer tool sets.
• Advocate customer requests and issues internally to drive solutions.
• Establish regular cadence to maximize value of HP software investments.
• Deliver product training to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical management and escalation within accounts.
• Deliver technical documentation and maintain CRM records.
