HP, Inc. is seeking a US-based Technical Customer Success Specialist to help customers implement HP software solutions with a focus on DEX and endpoint security. You will work on Windows endpoints, Azure, and Intune, delivering post-sales support and strategic guidance.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise IT, strong deployment and scripting skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT systems and service delivery.
• Experience with Windows endpoints, endpoint management, and software deployment tools.
• Customer-facing roles supporting software services and success.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support activities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the post-sales HP Digital Solutions expert for customers.
• Assist in implementing and integrating HP software within customer environments.
• Ensure HP products integrate with existing customer toolsets.
• Advocate customer feature requests and issues to internal teams.
• Establish regular cadence to maximize value from HP software investments.
• Deliver product training to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical management and escalation within accounts.
• Share technical documentation and information to drive satisfaction.
• Document customer activity in the CRM.
